This black bristle brush has an angular shape, ideally suited to portrait painting and detail work. The natural fill in this artist's brush holds more paint than a synthetic brush, allowing paint to be applied more evenly and with longer brush strokes. This 1/2" size brush has a trim of 1-1/8" with a brush face width of 5/8" and an overall length of 12-3/8". This brush has a nickel-plated ferrule and a long wooden handle to allow a good working distance.
