The shell, rotationally molded for enhanced corner strength, also features horizontal ribbing for added durability. Capable of accommodating up to two removable tool pallets from the Flex Kits section, it allows for a customized tool arrangement.

The case is equipped with a padded steel core handle for comfort, a black aluminum tongue-and-groove frame for a secure closure, and two keyed drawbolt latches for safety. Additional features include a full piano hinge, molded feet for stability, mechanical lid stays, and a turnbuckle strap to secure the top pallet, alongside a combination lock for security.
