The SAP4000P Power Rail Probe offer high bandwidth, high sensitivity, very low noise, an extra-large offset compensation and adopts SAPBus interface without external power supply. It is excellent probe for power integrity measurements and works with oscilloscopes that have the SAPBus interface, including the SDS3000X HD, SDS5000X, SDS6000 Pro, and SDS7000A series. Once connected, the oscilloscope can automatically detect the probe model and adjust display scales and measurements. The oscilloscope's user interface displays basic probe information, such as the model and serial number. After connection, the maximum vertical scale is 200 mV/div, and the DC offset can be adjusted between +/- 24V.
