This system is ideal for inspection that requires both 3D and on-screen visuals. The SPZV-50E Microscope provides 6.7x-50x magnification through the included 10x eyepieces. The Mighty Cam USB CMOS Camera allows operators to view their inspection on a computer monitor. The included ezImage software offers image capture, measurement, image comparison, annotation, and more. By viewing images on a monitor, operators can inspect their objects in a comfortable posture with no need to constantly look through the microscope eyepieces. A 60-LED ring light with dimmer control is built into the focus mount, which has coarse and fine focusing for precise control. The system includes imaging software for image capture and measurement. The base has a large working area of 220mm by 284mm (8.6“ by 11“).

When inspecting at high magnification, certain areas of the specimen may not be in focus depending on the depth of the object. With the real-time Depth of Field feature, operators can adjust the focus parameters, with no need to adjust the physical optics.
