USB-1608GX-2AO Overview

The Digilent USB-1608GX-2AO is a compact, high-speed data acquisition device with 16 analog input channels (single-ended) or 8 differential inputs, all with 16-bit resolution and software-selectable voltage ranges. It includes two 16-bit analog output channels capable of generating signals that can be updated at a rate of 250 kS/s per channel; one output can be updated at a rate of 500 kS/s. The output range is fixed at ±10 V. The device also offers eight digital I/O lines, two high-speed counters, and a programmable timer output. Powered entirely through USB, it’s easy to set up and use without external power. It supports edge and level triggering, retriggerable acquisition, and comes with software tools like DAQami for quick data logging and visualization, plus drivers for LabVIEW, MATLAB, Python, and C#.
