Overview

The SAP5000D is a differential active probe with a high bandwidth that can measure fast signals with low noise and high input impedance. It has a high input resistance and a low input capacitance that reduce the load on the measurement system.

The SAP5000D active probe works with the SAPBus interface and can be used with oscilloscopes that have the SAPBus interface, such as the SDS5000X, SDS6000 Pro, and SDS7000A series oscilloscopes. The SAP series active probes get power and communication from the oscilloscope through the SAPBus, so they do not need external power sources. When the SAP series active probes are connected to the oscilloscope, you can see the probe information on the oscilloscope’s interface.
