The ValveMate 7100 Single Valve Controller includes the controller, stand, panel mount bezel, spring clips, filter regulator, and air manifold assembly with a pre-wired pressure sensor. Power cords are sold separately, with options for American (7014871) or European (7014872) plugs. Compatible with the following valves from Nordson EFD: 702, 725, 736, 752, xQR41, and 741 Series.

This controller allows precise push-button adjustment of valve open time in increments as small as 0.001 seconds directly at the dispensing station. This enables exceptional process control without the need for complex programming or mechanical adjustments that can halt production.
